Two-layer self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive dressing, consisting of a microporous polyurethane carrier layer and a polyurethane foam layer that is applied to the wound. They are very flexible and have a very high absorption and expansion capacity, and create an optimal humid environment that prevents their adhesion to the wound. It adapts easily to hard-to-reach parts of the body.
Indicated for the healing of non-infected superficial wounds with medium secretion, such as pressure ulcers or others.
