Semipermeable polyurethane sheet covered with a hydrocolloid layer that allows high absorption of exudates. The hydrocolloidal layer, composed of absorbent particles, creates a moist environment for the wound, promoting granulation and epithelialization. It adapts perfectly to the structure of the wound and does not adhere to it.
Indicated for the moist healing of superficial wounds with mild to medium secretion, not infected, as well as varicose leg ulcers, decubitus, arterial ulcers, diabetic ulcers and dermoepidermal separation areas.
